Couponing for Community 5-5-10

I will be heading out to the grocery store in a few minutes.  I have a loooong list. I have been trying to think of things the flood victims need.  The things that are on sale and I can get for free or close to it will be taken to Nashville.

Do you have things that you would like to donate?  This is a good time to do it!  We have so many people that have nothing.

Kroger is accepting food donations at all of their Middle TN locations. What about clothes and furniture?  Contact me and I will help you find a way to get these items to the flood victims.

We will be going to help with the clean up on Saturday.  But I am going to deliver the food, clothes, and personal hygiene items tomorrow.  If you are in the Murfreesboro area, and have clothes and hygiene items, I will be more than glad to get these items to the people that need them.

Pets need our help, too!  Just keep this in mind when you are looking for things to donate.

Couponing for Community is a chance for us to go through all of that stockpile and help our neighbors.  Yesterday, I stood in the bathroom, looking at the packed shelves.  Well over half of it is in bags now.  I hate the idea of having all of this stuff and others have nothing!
